Shipping Insurance / Warranty Claim Page

Shipping insurance covers theft, loss, and damage. It does not cover delays in transit. After the delivery of your order, you have 10 days from that day to report porch piracy and 30 days to report damage to products.

To report an incident please email us and we'll begin the claim process.

If you received your order and items are missing (we're darn good, but nobody's perfect), please let us know right away and we'll cross reference with the packing slip included with your shipment and the weight of your package to confirm.

Liquid fuel (citronella and NO SMOKE) torches have a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturer defect.

Natural Gas and Propane torches have a 2 year limited warranty against defect against manufacturer defect.

Consumables are not considered defect. Consumables are any portion of the torch apparatus that are consumed for regular operation i.e. wick, fuel, rubber gaskets, thermopiles, hot surface igniters, etc.

To report a defect, please email us and we'll begin the process for review and repair or replacement.

Vortek - The Ultimate Vortex Torch

My purchases

I recently purchased 6 vortex torches. I purchased the entire package. The product is outstanding and the company has done everything to fix some minor problems (one piece of glass missing). I am still waiting for the protector covers as i want to keep them covered in the winter. They have told me they were out of stock so waiting to receive those. Despite that the torch is a great product so far and gives a wonderful vortex flame. Will keep adding to the collection.

I had ordered 2 torches. They arrived up with ~ 4" base as the "64 ground stake".
