What fuel should I use for Vortek and Halo? The best fuel we've tested so far is Hyoola. You can find it on Amazon.
What fuel should I use for Revo? You can use pretty much any chaffing or fireplace gel. They all work about the same. We don't recommend using liquid ethanol. Its extremely flammable and more accident prone because of spillage.
Can I connect it to natural gas? Yes you can. Inquire with us on how.
Does the glass get sooty? Yes it does a little bit at the top rim line of the glass, but it's super easy to wipe off with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Will the glass break easy? No. It's toughened glass and not easily broken, but if it does it will shatter in to hundreds of small pieces.
Will the wind blow it out? No. Unlike tiki torches, Halo Fire is made to withstand strong breezes. It catches the wind and spins even faster.
