We are absolutely thrilled with our Natural Gas Vortex Fire Torches! We installed four on our new deck overlooking a bike trail, and they are total showstoppers - people constantly stop to ask where we got them. The swirling flames are mesmerizing on evening hangouts. Plus, the customer service was top-notch - quick, friendly, and super professional. Highly recommend!
Once I was able to get the flame height right, I had both of these gel torches resemble a gas one that I have built in. Now I’m ordering more fuel.☺️
Big Revo™ - 5 HOUR Tabletop Firepit Bundle - [Citronella Outdoor Fuel]

CitroFlame™ Outdoor Torch Fuel — citronella protection + big flame performance
Your torches are a big deal in Village Bethel, people love them, they love the shape of the flames 🔥and they look spectacular. Thank you for a great product
Bought for my granddaughter and she loves them!
I recently purchased 6 vortex torches. I purchased the entire package. The product is outstanding and the company has done everything to fix some minor problems (one piece of glass missing). I am still waiting for the protector covers as i want to keep them covered in the winter. They have told me they were out of stock so waiting to receive those. Despite that the torch is a great product so far and gives a wonderful vortex flame. Will keep adding to the collection.
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the 6 vortex torches you purchased from us. We are glad that we were able to resolve the issue with the missing piece of glass and apologize for any inconvenience. We are working hard to restock the protector covers and will send them out to you as soon as they are available. Thank you for choosing Halo Fire!
So happy with the quality. Also happy with Steph for sending the right bowl without the hole in the bottom and giving me an extra 16oz fuel for the inconvenience.
Hey there! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are thrilled to hear that you are happy with the quality of our 5 HOUR Tabletop Firepit Bundle - Big Revo - [NO SMOKE]. We apologize for the inconvenience with the bowl, but we're glad Steph was able to fix it for you and even throw in some extra fuel. Your feedback means a lot to us and we will definitely pass it on to Steph and the rest of our team. Thank you for choosing Halo Fire!
I had ordered 2 torches. They arrived up with ~ 4" base as the "64 ground stake".
Hi there, thank you for your review. We apologize for any confusion with your recent purchase. The torch on your order is a post mount model, but we would be happy to help you exchange it for the tiki torch model on a 4 foot pole that you were looking for. Please reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you with this exchange. Thank you for choosing Halo Fire!
Totally a wonderful purchase
We appreciate it thank you so much!
Excellent well designed product
Thank you so much we appreciate you in Australia!
Love the no smoke oil
Thank you so much!
Love my torches. The only knock I have is that the covers were missing from my bundle. Other than that I couldn't be happier.
The Halofire torch and Citronella Oil are a great combination!!
Great center piece for any table, fun to sit and watch the flame while relaxing.
I bought the set of vortex tiki torches and love the spinning flame. My only complaint is the stakes that come with is are horrible. The 1 thumb screw doesn't keep the pole upright and the stake is too big for the pole. I ended up buying brackets and screwing to my deck.
Hi there! Thank you for your review of Vortek - The Ultimate Vortex Tiki Torch Bundle. We're thrilled to hear that you love the spinning flame! We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the stakes. We have poles that are thicker than others depending on the model, so there is a longer thumbscrew included in the hardware baggie. Additionally, the stake is intentionally large to provide the best anchor possible for our badass fire and glass torches. However, we understand your frustration and have taken note of your feedback to improve our product. Thank you for choosing Halofire!
Something unique and different is worth the extra money.
The large spinning flames are like eye candy and mesmerizing
Most beautiful flame in torches. Covers to hide the propane tank need to be improved for day visual.
We finished putting these up and they look great !! We had a broken glass and the customer service to get that repaired was awesome !! Happy to do business with them.
