Unfortunately we have no control over shipping, but we do have control over who we use and when. For larger items like outdoor torches, we use UPS. For smaller items like replacement parts and wick, and sometimes the smaller torches - we use USPS. Our lead times for fulfillment vary depending on the product. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility. Any lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you want to insure your shipment, add the ShipInsure by clicking the slider button in your cart. In the event of loss or damage, you'll need to file a claim with the insurance provider directly.
