5-Year Limited Warranty

Tempo™ is backed by a five-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed, maintained, and used as intended.

Electronic ignitions are covered by our 1 year warranty against defect.

Consumables such as thermocouples, glow igniters, and heat sensors are not covered as those may need to be replaced every 2-3 years.

Lead Time

6–8 weeks

We stock parts that we produce ahead of time. The lead time is for assembly, powdercoat and electronic ignition installation. 

Please note that national holidays and seasonal demand may affect production schedules.
