I ordered this product. Spend over $600. The shipment was delayed. I received the product. It was missing its poles and the product was essentially used as the instruction or materials were marked up by a previous user. An absolute joke to spend this money to get used, incomplete material. I don’t even know if other materials are missing - can’t assemble.

I love the torch but the one screw used to stabilize the pole into the stake doesn't secure it so I had to come up with other means to make the pole stand straight
Thank you so much! FYI - there is a longer screw in the baggie for the thinner pole. We provide two because we have two different size poles. Hope that helps!
