I bought the set of vortex tiki torches and love the spinning flame. My only complaint is the stakes that come with is are horrible. The 1 thumb screw doesn't keep the pole upright and the stake is too big for the pole. I ended up buying brackets and screwing to my deck.

We finished putting these up and they look great !! We had a broken glass and the customer service to get that repaired was awesome !! Happy to do business with them.
The torches look good, the install was simple, my first night of using them, they looked and operated great. I have not found an easy way to light them without lifting one of the glass panels. Need to find a lighting device long enough to light the torches without removing a glass panel.
Thank you for the review Michael! The best way to light the torches is with a long reach flexible lighter, simply slip it between the panes of glass.

I love the torch but the one screw used to stabilize the pole into the stake doesn't secure it so I had to come up with other means to make the pole stand straight
Thank you so much! FYI - there is a longer screw in the baggie for the thinner pole. We provide two because we have two different size poles. Hope that helps!

Amazing Feature
I absolutely love the torches. They are well made. I started with one to see quality. Received, assembled and fell in love. Immediately ordered 2 more.
Suggestions:
A more secure stack would work much better. Since they are top heavy they want to lean a bit. I found banging the stack in to soil level worked best. Then installed the torch shaft.
Another suggestion would be floor base that you could move around on any flat surface. Cast iron would be heavy enough to secure them under normal weather conditions.
I haven’t been able to put them up because the canvas covers are on back order. The rain will dilute the oil. It’s been 3 weeks now, and I still haven’t heard anything!!

Awesome Products very good quality.I thought i would use regular tiki torch fluid from lowes, Or even the smokless. It didn't compare to the Halofire Torch oil. Even though it's a little pricy its worh the cost, especially if you want to get the full effect from your torch.

The product is awesome. I ordered it June 3rd and received it June 8th. The piece to hold the wick was missing for all six torches. I called and emailed customer service and no luck. The next day I called customer service and was told they would send them out right away. No big deal just a small mistake but I waited and never received anything. I called and emailed several other times and finally received the parts on June 24th. The torches are great but maybe they need to hire someone for better quality control. I’m still waiting on the storage bags. Great product but need better or more quality control and customer service people.
