How long to ship?
Our lead time to process and ship out your order is currently 2-3 business days. We don't guarantee carrier transit times so if you would like to have your product delivered by a certain date, please call or email us to arrange.
Do you insure shipments?
We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility. Any lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you want to insure your shipment, add the ShipInsure by clicking the slider button in your cart. In the event of loss or damage, you'll need to file a claim with the insurance provider directly.
Is signature required for delivery?
Not unless requested by email so we can add it to the shipping fee.
