The fee will be charged each month for each unit and we’ve got you covered from there. A technician from our national team will provide maintenance services to your unit(s) each quarter.
We’ll alert you to prior to arrival and send a status report after service.
Parts and labor for consumables or repair charged separately.
Consumables include:
- Thermopiles
- Hot surface igniters

Note: Every fire feature has a 3 year limited warranty against manufacturer's defect from the date of delivery. Please contact our office for a copy of your warranty.
Note: We recommend a visual inspection once a week by someone at the store to check for debris in the fire bowl area of the unit and once a month for dirty glass.
