    Great product. Definitely burns well but don't count on 5 hours unless you can regulate the flame to low low. With any wind you can't keep the flame low and it burns for about 2 hours. Still recommend as it adds alot of atmosphere to any outdoor gathering while keeping the mosquitos away.

Big Revo with the Gator has been tested many times with an average run time of 5 hours and has lasted as long as 7 hours on low low. The issue might be that you aren't using the correct center cup.
