Vortek - Natural Gas/Propane Post Mounted Vortex Fire Torch (Permanent Install)

The torches look good, the install was simple, my first night of using them, they looked and operated great. I have not found an easy way to light them without lifting one of the glass panels. Need to find a lighting device long enough to light the torches without removing a glass panel.

We have owned numerous Vortek vortex torches for over a year and a half. They are extremely well made and we have enjoyed them many times at our home in Virginia. They are exactly as described on Armando's website, HaloFire, and we highly recommend these fun tiki torches and the excellent customer service.

Everything delivered in good shape. Only discrepancy was the online description said it had a 4” sq base but came with 3” base? I had to redesign my way of mounting and it worked luckily. Flames just as shown in videos

These torches are a beautiful addition to our deck, we had been looking at these for several years and decided to finally make the purchase. We went with the natural gas torches, which required us to have an outside gas line installed. I made several calls to Halofire for information and every time I was pleased that I was able to get someone on the line to to answer my questions. The torches are everything they are advertised to be, this is a great company with great customer service.
